This breakfast has 21g of fiber and zero chaos.
This is the recipe I make when I want something that feels indulgent…
but behaves like wellness. FULL of fiber, adaptogens, minerals and superfoods.
It’s creamy. It’s grounding. It doesn’t spike you, crash you, or ghost your energy an hour later. It holds you. The best part: Most people need 25–30 g of fiber per day. This single pudding delivers almost your entire daily fiber goal before noon.
Let’s make it:)
Ingredients:
¼ cup chia seeds
1 cup milk of choice
(I use Malk Almond – Unsweetened)1 tsp vanilla extract
½-1 tsp honey or agave
1 tsp of IN GROOV's ROOTED Adaptogenic Cacao blend
1–2 tbsp organic plain Greek yogurt (for topping)
unsweetened shredded coconut (for topping)
Directions:
Add everything (except the yogurt and shredded coconut) to a bowl.
Whisk like you mean it — get the chia moving so it doesn’t clump.
Place in the fridge for 10–15 minutes.
Give it one more quick stir.
Top with 1–2 tablespoons of organic plain Greek yogurt.
Add shredded coconut to the top and a dash of cacao or cinnamon.
Sit and eat slowly.
This is the perfect breakfast because chia feeds your microbiome.
A healthier gut = better nutrient absorption, better elimination, better skin tone over time. You don’t need another “detox.” You need FIBER. Yes, it can be boring but it's powerful.
